Convenient location near Metro line, making historic sites easily accessible. Trams on street, but didn't affect sleep. Many nearby restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price for central location.

As in all the hotels I have stayed in Europe so far I think it doesn't make much sense to charge for the wireless internet that they only have in the lobby!!!

The hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of old-fashioned charm and the French door style windows opened onto a lovely internal balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service with a smile. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything and with easy access to public transportation. The hotel offered amenities such as free Wi-Fi, paid parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security. The price was fair, especially considering it was during Design Week. Despite a few dated elements, the room was spacious and impeccably clean. a jaw-dropping experience that I will definitely repeat!

Bathroom well-equipped, room adequately furnished
Hotel staff speaks quite poor English and not too friendly. Little variety of food for breakfast. Elevators are slow. No (wireless) internet provided in the rooms. Free internet is advertised on the website, which is not true!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The area also had a great selection of dining options, so we never had trouble finding somewhere to eat. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the television and telephone added to our convenience. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evening. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus, making it easy to stay connected.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with a beautiful view over the roofs of Milan. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the famous Duomo and Navigli District, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Alberto and Domenico, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel close to the city centre with a dining area next to a beautiful canal. the room was spacious and the bathroom was sparkling clean with good water pressure in the shower. the service was excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had modern facilities, including fast Wi-Fi and a working air conditioner. the only downside was the slightly outdated décor in public areas. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
